In spring of 1999, Scott Marquis set a goal to create a business that would provide a secure future for his family. In the years to follow crucial experience was gained through construction business schooling, hands on field work, construction sales and all aspects of project management.

   In fall of '2004', Established Home Resources LLC was founded. At that time a decision to bring in a certified home inspector to the team for consultation with our Building Division and to lead our new Home Inspections Division.

   We know that by consistently upholding the business ethics of honesty, integrity, and high quality at a exceptional value to our customers, we will create stability and longevity within our company.
   Our goal at Established Home Resources is to bring integrity back to our industry, and to become a valuable & beneficial asset to our customers and community.

   Today our services are growing in our communities. We continue doing business as your residential and light commercial contractor.
